LEMON-HERB MUSTARD HALIBUT STEAKS

Brush both sides of each Halibut steak liberally with Lemon-Herb Mustard.

BROIL: Place on a broiling pan and broil 5-6 inches from heat source for 6-8 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

BAKE: In pre heated 375 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

GRILL: On well-oiled grill for 5-7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Lemon-Herb Mustard

3/4 cup Dijon
Mustard

1/2 cup lemon
juice

1/2 cup Olive
Oil


1 tablespoon fresh
chopped basil

1 tablespoon fresh
chopped parsley

1/2 tablespoon
dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon
black pepper

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
